R-Xan, I believe the length of it is individual. The good thing about your crisis is that it shows that your system is able to fight it (if your system was weaker you would be just prostrated). Saying healing - I know what you mean by having no help - I was referring to your own body's ability to heal when given what it needs.
The flu-like symptoms may be the Lyme-bugs dying and releasing toxins and viruses they are infected with on their turn.
Sorry I can't answer your original question. I can only talk in terms of my experience -in my last fast I had spasms for 6-7 days in a row, due to musculo-skeletal issues. Maybe doing multiple short fasts for some people is a good solution to fasting with pristine nutrition in between and zapping. Everyone dreams of fasting to completion, me inclusively. If it is feasible - it is worth a try :)
Maybe you will find inspiring the good results Karen Allen got with zapping her Lyme-bugs; she was at least as sick as you - describing passing-out and sleeping for long periods of time, but got totally cured:

When you are talking about nutrition and supplementing do you include energy boosting molecules like CoQ10, Taurine, BCAA, Vitamin B- complex. They are good for your nervous system too. One of my theories about why zappers are beneficial consists in the concept of giving the body all possible sources of energy - molecules for one (vit D3 inclusively), warm/heat and electric current for other, oxygen fr third. I believe that breathing exercises and/or ozone therapy (including home ozone machines, as in 60$ worth) and/or hydrogen peroxide drops in water can boost your body's energy pathways to produce more immune cells and optimize all processes.
Oxygen is said to be toxic to all infectious agents. Our bodies seem to use it as an antioxidant, believe it or not -scavenging and binding the other free radicals. The only thing which is not recommended is inhaling the Ozone. It is good to drink it, apply it locally, bath in it, or is applied by health professionals in joints or muscles and other soft tissues.
Cheer up, there are many sick people around the world, Lyme-related inclusively. When you are back to health you will make videos like Karen's.
