Lili, do you know how long a delirium/flu like healing crisis should take?

few days ago i had the worst healing crisis in my existence and couldn't sleep until i passed out from the spasms and woke up with the worst sore neck and feeling like i went through the electric chair for HOURS endlessly and it only stopped when i took a zapper, 2 advils 2 xanax and ate a meal. Then i though it passed, but now this is the 2nd day evening of my renewed fast and i can feel its all coming back. I CANT go through this anymore, everyone seconds is struggling to not wanna give up, break the fast and go jump a cliff.

and no, there's no one to help, medicinal community is useless.

I feel like fasting wont take care of it, but that's my ONLY HOPE! I have a feeling ill just feel worse and worse till i die, but then what else can i do :/ No this is not the time for yet another "therapy" they dont work. I already been packing the nutrition before i fasted and i just keep on getting worse anyway.
