Thanks for noting. I'm quite good at eating by following my instincts. I usually try to imagine how I would feel after eating certain things and it works. If I desire a bit of pineapple then let it be. I'm not hungry at all at the moment but if I had to break the fast I could imagine only apples staying in my stomach. Among these fruits apples (maybe some not so ripe pears) feel to be the most "neutral" and watery with not too much Sugar that would make me vomit at this point. :-)
