Messed up digestion after flushing

Ok so almost 3 weeks since last flush, I want to flush again soon. But I've kind of been waiting for my digestion to get better. It's not been good since the last flush. For a few days 2 weeks ago it was very watery. And it is not solid yet, and it's kind of like I have diarrhea, but also get solid small bits of BM. I also experience some pain after eating. I don't know if any of this is to do with my liver or not and I'm not sure if I should just go ahead and flush again but I do want to flush soon.
