All the information suggests that urine fasting is the quickest surest way to get results - including massaging, possibly enemas etc.
I drink around 15-20 oz/day (which is a very small fraction of the total amount) making sure to gargle and hold sublingually. As the previous poster said this creates a 'feedback loop'. However the urea, some minerals/vitamins (not sure about hormones) etc will be processed and utilised by the ordinary digestive system after drinking.
There are many who also point to the structered water in urine as being better utilised by the body.
I would also look at water quality, if the tap water is contaminated (which is a near certainty) it might be worth drinking more urine as it has already been filtered.
