Restless leg can have different causes. For ex. when I was at low normal iron levels, I had to take extra iron to make it go away.
Over a year later it came back even with enough iron supplements. The reason was low blood sugar.
I learned that protein is wond3rful for low blood sugar. A warm glass or two of milk can do wonders, but so can meat and a goodly portion of it. Right before bed. That's the trick of it.
I have no sugar, no carbs, after 4PM. Then at 9 PM I eat some serious protein. That works for me. I found EFT, mentioned in a post below, to be totally strange and useless, personally. Ditto soap bars under the sheet.
