Re: Massive acne nonstop for months after ding master cleanse - what's going on???

Thank you for the info. I'd be curious to hear more about Acne and the lymph system, how intestinal toxins are pushed out through the skin. I've also began to develop a strange kind of rash on my body that comes and goes - and there seems to be some correlation to eating wheat, so it may be some kind of allergy. It happens 100% of the time when I eat wheat, but it also happens out of the blue so it's sort of confusing. I've eliminated wheat from my diet but it still creeps up on me out of nowhere sometimes, although not a frequently as before. So I've beginning to wonder if this has anything to do with celiac and intestinal permeability.

I used maple syrup in the recipe (This isn't my first cleanse btw) and what I mean by Sugar is that it contains Sugar molecules (sucrose, glucose, and fructose). Diabetes runs in my family so I can't support the argument that maple syrup is good for everyone - it's Sugar when you get down to it and sugar in excess isn't good or tolerable for every body type.

I've done the parasite/master cleanse/ Liver Flush successfully many times, usually spread apart by a year or so. But this time around I had the weird side effects of bad acne, which has never happened before. I had been having some digestive discomfort before that improved after the cleanse, but then the Acne started.

It might be worth noting that the Liver Flush actually didn't go as well as planned - I woke up in the middle of the night with an intense need to go to the bathroom and expelled a lot of stones in the middle of the night. In the morning I still got some more, but not as much as the years before. Is it possible that something got stuck along the way and it's been causing all this mayhem?

I'd like to repeat the Liver Flush but I'm confused by how people are able to repeat it so many times in a row. It's my understanding that the bowels need to be completely clear when you do this, or you otherwise risk things getting stuck in your digestive tract and getting reabsorbed. So how would you be able to pull off 11 or 12 Liver Flushes without fasting nonstop for a year? As I said, diabetes runs in my family so I am not comfortable with playing with my blood sugar by surviving on mostly maple syrup for most of the year. Are there other ways of doing intestinal cleanses that would prepare you for a liver flush that don't involve fasting on primarily sugar?

I've never heard about the beet thing - how does it unlock the liver? Does it matter how I eat them? Cooked or raw? Juiced? Steamed? What are bitters? Do you mean the stuff that's used in a lot of cocktails? I'm not doing anything with alcohol at the moment (also avoiding sugar, wheat, dairy, and white carbs).

Sorry for the 20 questions. I really appreciate your help.
