What do you suggest I do? What do you mean I stirred up latent toxins? From where - which part of the body are the toxins residing in and how were they stirred up? (liver? intestines?)

You don't think it could have anything to do with the massive amount of Sugar I consumed during those 10 days? I am more inclined to believe that it caused candida overgrowth, as that is more directly linked to acne. So I don't want to do another intestinal cleanser involving that much sugar. Tweet
