Sounds like you have pin worms. Anal itching, small white dots, etc.
Not sure from your message if you think you have other worms.
Google Dr. Andreas Kalcker and look at his parasite info. It's free. He talks a lot about pin worms and how to treat them. Lots of house cleaning and laundry.

Good luck. Don't spend a lot of money on doctors and tests. Most tests are worthless and come back negative.
