Re: NOTHING works for my heart palpitations/anxiety!!!

I tried Magnesium oil but found each time that I got the tight chest/anxiety and palpitations still after using it. It had the opposite effect on me as supposed to relaxing. I've looked around online and apparently there are other people out there who experienced the same and I have no idea why.

Idk if I'm subconsciously expecting to get these reactions so often, afraid that all these things will trigger my symptoms

I just want to find a way to undo all this, feel safe and secure again and be able to relax and feel normal like before. How am I supposed to relax and heal without fear? Tweet
