Re: Is Hanna still posting here?
Hi there,
I'll do some more seaching into my pm's because i have a vague memory of her telling me that she continued to flush with the big stones still inside...
As far as my fat diet, I have been following the advice of Dr Pearlmutter who wrote a book called
"Grain Brain". In this he recommends increased fats and cutting out grains for brain health. So, I was doing this for brain health rather than for my gallbladder.. but it turned out weeks in to my program that I released the stone.. I don't know how big as I didn't measure but it was enormous. Prior to this event, I had about 18 flushes under my belt, successful in all, but less and less each flush, so I was shocked to say the least to have this huge one come out. I"m not sure of its composition, and have not been ultrasounded.
There is something in the literature about doing these "mini flushes" daily, i,e, consuming fats regularly with magnesium malate to keep the gallbladder active in pushing out stones. I think its worked for me.
As far as the types of fats, I have been taking in organic butter in morning "bulletproofers".. this idea is to have a slab of butter in your morning coffee, in my case, just very warm water. Also a tablespoon of coconut butter daily and increasing my fish oils as well as olive oil intake on salads ect.
I have had discomfort at times in between flushes but all have resolved, either with espsom, or doing another flush or coffee enema. I have come to suspect that the gallbladder becomes quite ambitious once you start cleansing and wants to push stones out but needs a little help with an appropriate protocol. I try many things as above. No supps like chiandra, as all of the above have helped so far.
