Its distressing to hear that Hanna isn't around. I so hope she shows up.

I talked to Hanna in pm last year because I had released a massage stone after consuming alot of fat over several weeks, and we had previously talked about her pesky large stones which would not come out, I think she had 2 if I'm not mistaken, so this is why I contacted her to tell her I'd had success getting a big one out. I tried just now to search my pm's for clues about how she managed those big stones herself because she did tell me she was living with them and they weren't coming out... but I think she continued despite this to flush fairly regularly??

Regarding your pain.. have your tried epsom? Sometimes a tablespoon of epsom or more in a glass of water will help move a stone, but i'm sure you already know this.... or you may want to try what I did consuming alot of fat over several weeks... Not sure if yours is bigger than what will come out according to popular literature..but mine was certainly enormous.
