Terrible odor issues

Hello everyone,

Been suffering from FBO for four years.

Symptoms are anal leakage, incomplete evacuation, and a permenant fecal smell. I think the smell varies in severity getting worse after drinking alcohol or eating fatty foods. but it seems to always be present in some capacity.

I also have terrible bloating and always feel full. I am a 26 year old male from the UK.

I have had a colonoscopy done in the past that found no problems. I also had the barrium paste test done (where the doctors observe you defecate) in December 2014 and they found that i did not have any pelvic floor issues. Since then my symptoms have only got worse and I plan to go to the doctor this week.

I am looking to see if anyone has any similar issues and could give me some advice or tips.
