Re: Are enemas sufficient after a liver flush, if you cannot do a colonic?

Hi there,

I wouldn't say its necessary to use additional products to what's prescribed in the flush, however that being said, I've used Oxypowder occassionally and also additional Epsom Salt doses to "clean out". I've also had the occassional colonic. The bowel is a big place and certainly stones sometimes do hide for a while.... (even with colonics) but over 20 flushes, I can say they eventually come out, sooner or later. If you are mindful to keep them flushing out, I"m sure you'll be fine. I'm not familiar with the product you mention.. but I have a feeling it doesn't have the expulsive power that Oxypowder has. If you search "Telman" you will see that he has blogged all of his flushes and he has an emourmous amount of information. He is no longer at Curezone but I recommend reading his posts, they are very imformative about all aspects of liver flushing.
