Re: Are enemas sufficient after a liver flush, if you cannot do a colonic?

Hello,

Are you doing 2 Epsom Salts doses the morning after the flush? This is crucial to emptying the colon and bowel of stones.

Additional colonic is helpful but I think there are other ways to push any lingering stones out if you don't have access to colonics. Many here in the west have access, but can't afford colonics so don't worry yourself too much about not being able to access colonics. Oxypowder which can be purchased on ebay, along with the enemas are both very helpful. Oxypowder will work through your entire system.
