Re: Does raw food damage the liver?

I do not think raw foods are bad for you or toxic in anyway. Most of the raw foods are the ones we can eat raw. Some the plant based foods cannot be eaten raw, such as a potato, I know some do eat them raw. So 80% raw, 20% cooked is a good way to get best of both world.

I remember that you eat a lot of t of dates. I used to do that and I had liver pain as well, this was seven years ago. Then I found out the dates bought from Indian stores were dried with sulfate so now I by organic sun dried only.

Every time you get pain take 1 teaspoon of Epsom Salt and you will be fine. Also take magnesium in ionic form or magnesium taurate, twice everyday, 200 mg should be fine.

I do not think bread or soup can cause pain in the liver area. Take liver generating herbs, like milk thistle, turmeric, dandelion, cancha piedra, mint and lemons, this has to be done everyday, too. Rub castor oil on the liver area and use heat pad or hot water bottle. You should do castor oil rubs daily with or without heat pad.

I am glad you are flushing again because if anything is stuck in GB ducts, that will come out.

Hope this helps.
