I do get occasional muscle cramps, I always have done, and they are worse after a flush. I am supplementing with a good magnesium though, and have recently (a few days ago) added in a natural sea vegetable calcium supplement. I also drink green smoothies with banana daily to hopefully give me my potassium and B vitamins.
I am also going through menopause and having night sweats so this could also be adding to loss of electrolytes.
The numbness and tingling have stopped today, I just wish this headache would go away.
