I realize now the 4 years I waited until after I had infections and serious symptoms showing up may have been my mistake. I could have been in your boat, stop it before disaster strikes? Maybe that is what the doctors tried? Never will know. Basic concept I have to adopt is no one ever told me what came first- infections or diabetes, blood? I am sure you would like to know too? Diet is a complicated matter.Our bodies work off hormones linked to cells dna and nutrition , linked to genes organs , blood skin and what have you. It all boils down to consuming and eliminating , same for all living things. I had the splitting skin so I do know what you are talking about with your feet, mine in the fingers about nail. Glad it didn't get infected and cleared up. Who can really say if it was an infection CAUSING it in the first place? I read and read -the REAL answer comes when all the people tell what works individually not a plan or system conquering all symptoms. What in heavens name does it mean , food is medicine, I ask?
