Re: foot ulcer slow to heal

Thanks for your reply all I can say to you is that my first reply to you was found in my plight to cure Hypertension.
I not only had to deal with that but during my surgery visits it was found that I had a high blood Sugar count,it was 9 (nine) when it should be 4.5.

I was not told how I was able to achieve this so I was left to Dr Google:)

Anyway in my search I came across the "GI" Website and had no choice but to follow it's advice.

To my disbelief the GI not only dealt with my BP but also my BLOOD Sugar which as you know leads to Diabetes two then one. Phew, what a lucky break.
After that I was sent to the hospital to have a Glucose Tolerance test.
My result from that was a reading of 4.5, job done my friend.

I will send you the post's that I wrote way back on CZ, and you'll find that my usernames had changed but it is truly my post's.

You only have my word for what I say but I had an Heart Infarction eleven years ago, I am 76 years old now and still go out and play golf so that says something about my health but if you wish to know some more in-depth then may I suggest read a short and very cheap book that I read just a week ago.

"GI: How to succeed using the Glycemic Index diet"
