This my last post here, since we agree coffee enemas are good. I don't know why you are trying to convince me of information I am already aware of and agree with. My point was that you partially misrepresented this information - maybe you don't understand the mechanisms involved.

And I said this was incorrect. It still is incorrect. The portal vein is the entry point for coffee in the coffee enema, and then it has direct access to the liver where it can be more stimulating than just drinking coffee.

The portal vein is not used as an exit for toxins, which is what you said.

Toxins exit the liver via the common bile duct, into the small intestine, to the colon and out. It's a long trip.

In order of effectiveness at expelling toxins from the liver it is:

liver flushes
coffee enemas
bitters

(technically coffee is a bitter)
