I have passed many stones much bigger than 1cm. Some of them were 3cm x 2cm.

Magnesium is the key before the flush making the ducts wider.

You can take all supplements that you listed 15 days prior to the flush. The day of the flush you should only eat fruits.

Fresh apples are the best, if you cannot handle apples, then malic acid and apple cider vinegar will work too.
