Pre-flush - stone size and dissolving of stones

I've been researching dissolving stones and pre-softening prior to flushing.

I have a stone that's 1.3 cm. Is that too large to flush?

I've found several things that supposedly dissolve stones that are said to be good to do in advance to soften and diminish stones. I wonder if I should do one or all of these things?

Please let me know your thoughts.

What are your experiences with these?

Malic Acid
Gold Coin Grass
Chanca Piedra
Ortho Phosphoric Acid

Should I use them all? One or more?

How long before a flush should I do it ideally before flushing?

Also I can't drink apple juice because of the sugar.

Thanks!
