Most likely Toxocaris! They can grow to about 8 inches long and clump together like this. Looks familiar! . They love wheat, soluble fiber plus mucus makes a good home. Considerable small bubbles attached indicate bacterial or fungal co-infection. Possible flukes too. They all live in a bio-film that helps them all to survive the bodies defenses.
