I have been on the Master-Cleanse for 7 days now and everything is fine. Minor cravings here and there, but no major temptations. In my time that I would normaly spend eating, I have been researching raw food recipes and other healthy recipes for when I come off the MC. As I read,I have become curious about the taste of some of the "twigs and bark" ;)things. I love almonds. I have been dying to try almond milk. However, I was affraid that if I made some and drank just a little, it might be counter productive to the MC. I made some and just tasted it. Swished it around like wine and spit it out. I then washed my mouth out with water after I waited for any after taste.
Curiously, I notied that my craving for anything but lemon was satisfied. Does anybody have any feed back? Maybe "food tasting" would help some of the others that are struggling. Too much temptation? Maybe just chewing something and spitting it out could help psych wise? Coul this hurt the benefits of the cleanse? Thanks.
