How old is your son?
I'm fortunate that mine from the age
of 10 can swallow the gelcaps of oil.

I believe there are flavoured ones.
Any chance of mixing some in juice?
I know it's tough.

The important thing I found was GLA
That's high in Borage oil. Being a plant
it's easier to tolerate over fish oil.

What you really have to watch for are some
of the 'mixed blends'. They have a good combination,
but in reality you must take multiple capsules a day
to work.
Depending on his age and weight you should be able
to find out how much he needs.
My son is over 100 pounds so he can handle most adult
doses. If you son is smaller and younger, probably 1/2.
My son is on 1000mg fish oil, and 1000mg Borage every morning.
BUT....BUT....we also changed things in his diet. Hidden MSG
in snacks. Certain food colourings, additives etc. That was
actually half the battle right there.
The other thing is the natural energy of boys is being treated
as a disorder. My son and yours are probably quite normal!
Just because they can't sit still in school all day doesn't
mean there's something wrong.
