Fatigue, supplements and cortisol levels


I have been dealing with fatigue for a long time. Adrenal fatigue? Chronic fatigue? I have just had another crash (Was functioning not bad, now back to just doing basic daily tasks, otherwise I sit) and I am wondering about the role of the supplements I am taking and which could be contributing or at least problematic at this stage. I noticed some comments on other posts about some of them, so thought I would put out my situation.

I did the 4 sample saliva cortisol test last September - before the latest crash. Results with norms:

Morning 10.4 (3.7-9.5) high;
Noon 3.4 (1.2 - 3.0) high;
Evening 1.6 (0.6-1.9) OK
Night 0.6 (0.4-1.0) OK.
Saliva DHEA 2.9 - on the low end for my age - 66
I also have the MTHFR mutation

when people talk about being high or low cortisol, I don't know how to describe what this means I am. I do know that the "wired yet tired" thing is huge for me. Calming the system is critical. I have problems sleeping and get "revved up" very easily.

I started working with a functional medicine doctor and based on that (and reading Dr Lam) have been doing the following. Anyone see red flags?

Pantothenic Acid 500 mg once
K-2 100 mcg once
Ester-C 500 mg once or twice
D3 (I was deficient) 2000 IU twice
Zinc with copper (I was deficient in zinc) 30/.3 once
Magnesium Citrate 160 mg twice
Fish Oil
Phosphatidylserince 100 mg three times a day
L-Lysine 500 mg once
Suntheanine 100 mg as needed at night for sleep
Melatonin about .75ml for sleep
GABA 500 mg morning and night
Betaine HCL for digestion

she just prescribed Mitochondira-ATP from PureEncapsulations.
