Thank you for the helpful and detailed information. I will go to the Korean market and get me some kimchi. Currently, I'm taking 400 mg of Magnesium twice daily, but I will add Calcium and zinc supplements as well. Lately, I have been using a combination of Shea butter, castor oil, and jojoba oil on my lips. They still peel of course, but one's with artificial ingredients like Aquaphor make it ten times worse so I don't know why so many people have been successful with that brand. I'm thinking about going to a Chinese acupuncturist as well to see if that can help alleviate some of the external and internal trauma.
