Itching, crawling, twitching remedy aside from Fenben, Iver?

Itching, crawling sensations. Anything that will help this? Doesn't seem like the Ivermectin is helping that very much, nor the doxy. Anyone have anything that they take in addition to the Iver and Doxy/Fenben for the itching and crawling feeling? I'm afraid to take vitamins because I don't know what will and won't interact the iver/doxy/fenben.

Ugh!! driving me nutty.
