I suspect the air conditioning, period, is causing a lot of that. It's not healthy to live in it all the time. The refrigerant is always toxic and can to work it's way into the system. The mold is just part of that. Might as well take up huffing, eh?

Did you ever take olive leaf extract?? With mold being a form of fungus, it whacks it pretty good. The only 'supplement' you'll need I think. And the dry air is sucking the water out of you, not the mold, pretty sure.

I went thru a phase back at the beginning of my return to health where I was taking herbs and supplements willy nilly like that. I never had any kind of problem that made me think I should stop all herbs and stuff though.

Many ended up being overpriced hype and did absolutely nothing, but nothing made things worse. Maybe you had an allergic reaction to one of them. But that's why it's best to go one at a time till you find one that works or discovering you have a bad reaction to it.
