I have that too! I have quite a few scars of varying types. Some on my arms that are of lighter pigment, etc. But I see the same type of thing on one of my calves that you show, although I also have Sjogren's syndrome, and I wasn't quite sure which was which. Need to see a rheumatologist for my autoimmune stuff (which just makes this parasite stuff WORSE)..... Ut oh I went off tangent and do not mean to steal your thread.
