I'm afraid I have spent years experimenting with vitamin supplements. Unfortunately a lot of information about vitamin deficiency comes from internet sources. What you may not realise is that it's very difficult to become deficient in vitamins except D and B12. A western diet is ample. Supplement companies selling these multivitamins like to harp on about the value of their product but the reality is most people don't need to take supplements, and the people that do are living in countries where they cannot be found, or they cannot afford to buy them. There are people that have developed serious toxicity symptoms from taking B6 just to make you aware, many have reported irreversible damage from longterm use (even though the dosage was below guidelines) Be very careful. I haven't done a Colon Cleanse perhaps you can give me more information?
