Hi I have the same issue but progressively getting worse. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia too on top of neurological symptoms, tmj neck and shoulder pain. May i know what happened to your numb tooth? Did u extract it in the end? And what happened to other stmptoms? Did they improve? Thanks.
