Cyan, in the last 10 yrs, I've not taken a single vitamin supplement.
I did look into B12 only to find yet another holistic dilemma. You only get a usable form meat? What the heck is a vegan to do? The B12 in superfoods is the wrong kind? B12 cannot be absorbed, it's too large, it needs intrinsic factor to help escort it into the blood?? WHAT IS INTRINSIC FACTOR?? So to date, I've done nothing about it.
I've come to believe that we make our own vitamins. That healthy gut thing that MH is talking about.
Please consider that the charts are made from statistics of people eating SAD diet and should NOT be the norm.
