I made a BIG mistake yesterday and took a capsule of pepper (Yes, a whole capsule). I thought "what the heck" let me get all my pepper in one go. Not long thereafter my stomach was cramping, I was hot all over, and had to go to the bathroom. Uh -- you ever poop pepper? Let me tell you it burned like crazy!!
So here's the problem - when I add pepper to my drink, it burns my throat and tongue. I'm very sensitive to spices though. I'm not adding a lot (just a pinch) to my drink. But it still burns.
Any advice? I know I shouldn't forego the pepper, but can I add it to maybe 1 drink a day??
