Mebendazole also works for all round worms. See ICU protocol.

I can not take the the Valbazen, the disorientation (stumbling) and headaches were to much. I do Ivermectin between rounds of Mebendazole. This works for me. Everyone is a little bit different and you will discover what works for you.
Getting rid of the junk food, you know like wheat, corn, and soy, oh ya an maybe sugar, helps along with the best quallity supplements you can get.
All parasites rob us of vital nutrients. Even walmart vitamins/minerals are better than none, consider taking higher doses though, short term.
