Re: Day five is almost done...

LN,

all of your posts here have been so informative and so inspiring! I know you can do it. I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I just finished watching a film called Lium and I thought I would come on here so that I could stop sobbing about all of the horrible reality of humanity that this movie speaks on. .. But, I think the emotional discharge is really good for us. . . although it makes it much harder to see the screen.

Have you tried to do some yoga or any kind of meditative workout at all on this cleanse? I find it compliments it well and pushes the balance back into some of our more miserable experiences in this life. My boyfriend also dealt with a tragedy, his grandmother just passed away (which is why he was gone for this period, and actually one of my main motivators for fasting this time around).

But we will garden and new life and beauty will generate. There is an ebb and flow to all the pain. . . it may be grossly disproportionate, but nonetheless, there are still things we can embrace and nurture ourselves with. >>like this box of tissues I am tearing up, for instance...

All the best to you, I am rooting for you as I am sure we all are.

Warm Regards,
Sabrina
