if you don't know "The Life Regenerator", Dan McDonald, from Youtube, you might like to check him out. His path has been one of raw and living foods and he walks his talk.

Water fasting is premature for someone on the meds you are on.
And you would not be on these if you were not firstly, mineral-deficient. It is a kind of catch-22. But remineralizing, which is crucial,
with juices and smoothies and living foods
would prepare you to be able to Water Fast AND get off the meds safely, and to not need them.


Also, you might check out "visual centering." Just to see someone do this, in a short video, is to be inspired to what the human being is capable of--which is to be totally present, balanced, to feel safe and happy and fully alive, and
at peace within.
