On Cravings

I stayed home today to do homework and couldn't help but eat at noon. When I was at school doing homework this never happened. I had to eat, because my cravings were breaking off my concentration. I was craving for raw tofu. The reason I even eat everyday at night is because I crave raw tofu.

Do you think I should stop eating tofu altogether? It consists of 60% or more of what I eat everyday. I started out with one block of tofu but now I am eating two a day. Maybe stop eating tofu will cure my cravings?

Or is going to school to study the only solution to my cravings before nighttime?

Does anyone have any other ideas? How long do these cravings usually last? Can I just wait it out?
