Thank you. I have managed to find it. Its not free but its not to badly priced ☺.
That was my problem i could notice things changing but i thought it was the whole get worse before it gets better scenario that every one talks about.

I guess the lesson here is advice is a great source of information, but we also need to have more trust in our gut instincts.
