Wow, thank you so much for that. Everything you said makes perfect sense bread is probably the most consumed item in our house (its cheap and filling and i always thought the fibre was good for the kids) i researched foods rich in vit k and honestly i dont eat any of them on a regular basis so being vit k defficient makes sense. Cod liver oil makes sense aswell. I had no idea about the tomatoes as my lunch is normally a tomatoe sandwich and dinner more often than not has large serving of potato.
Also just as a side note while oil pulling last night i could feel something solid being swished around with the oil and i could taste metal when i spat the oil out there was a small square of metal in the oil, i checked my gums and there was a hole in my gum where it had swelled at the back. Im feeling much more confident now with all your great advice and recent improvements. Im just hoping i can manage the pain while my body rejects the poision inside me.
