You're message was too long for me to read the whole thing. Look, I have a water Ozonator I got from Ozoneforever. They say Ozonate for 2 minutes. The beck protocol says 5 or 10 minutes. I've done it up to over 20 minutes, but these days I do it regularly around 5 minutes. I've really never had any adverse side effects. I've been using it daily for over 4 months, I like it so much I wouldn't even think of drinking anything else unless obligated to.
