I'm not a doctor my guess is mucous which is related to yeast overgrowth my husband had similar issues which is why we thought it was a parasite or worm but after self treatments with albandenzole, ivermectin, and parasitic cleanses with herbal remedies he was stil having same symptoms and issues that started the search which have finally lead us to yeast/candida
