great job on all the previous fasts (exluding the false start -- but great job on coming back into it too!) how long did you go on your first two?
bikram yoga is awwwweeeeeessooome! i did it just once, with a friend in ny about a year or more ago, but if i wasn't just such a poor college kid, i'd do it here and now too. . . i think i'll do it anyway now that i think about it. our bodies are the best and most important investments we can make, you know? the feelings are so wonderful and intense in the heat and the movement of that kind of workout. .. just MAKE SURE you bring a LOT of lemonade and water!!! and drink it throughout the event. other than that, i wouldn't worry about it too much. you'll hit your stride by day 4. cheers!
