Hey, Olivia!

Last time I did 1 tsp of Andes salt (pink), Himalayan would be great too, in a cup of 250-300 ml warm water - I had also a clean water cup handy, so I'd sip if it got too salty. Then I drank about 1-1.5 liter of clean warm water. The cleanse happened in a short time after - within the next 3-4 hrs.
I am debating in my mind whether it is best to do 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp potassium bicarbonate, instead.

I thought also colonic with just clean water was a better option if only the colon was uncomfortable, but I felt the disturbance in the upper tract, so the colonic would have worked only partially.
