Please identify this possible parasite.

I hate to gross anyone out, but I need help with this. I am a new member of Curezone, so forgive me if I am not using correct protocol. I am trying to identify what is in the picture. I am sure that I have parasites and I was thinking perhaps Ascaris for sure. But now looking at what came out today...this looks like Tapeworm segments to me, but i need help. I started Humaworm a few days ago, and ZymexII as well, and I drink parasite smoothies daily with papaya seeds, pineapple, coconut oil, pumpkin seed oil, cinnamon and ginger. Does anyone have any ideas what this is? I don't remember eating anything that looks like this.
