First post, looking for some direction.

Hello everyone, found this site and joined today. I have been having skin issues on my hand for years now, it has been diagnosed as eczema. I have also seen tiny white specs in my poop for a long time now, as well as a itchy anus especially at night. I also have had bouts of really bad breath and doctors just can't seem to put a finger on why. I am taking matters into my own hands through research and I want to do a parasite cleanse. There are so many options and opinions online its hard to even know where to start. I was just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction, maybe a over the counter remedy that may have worked for you? I was looking on amazon and there is no shortage cleansing pills, do they really work as advertised? Tweet
