I think trying to kill
parasites is a good start, but in my opinion doing enemas is just as important, if not more.
In my opinion, enemas will quickly remove dead
parasites and other toxins from your colon, allowing you to heal far faster than without it. Otherwise, the junk often gets recycled back into the bloodstream after the colon reabsorbs it. Enemas also help rehydrate the body.
I got an enema kit like this:

I fill it up with half a gallon of warm distilled water with some dissolved
Sea Salt , hang the bag up about 3 feet above me and let the water flow into my colon. I let it stay in me for at least 5 minutes, then expel it out into the toilet.
I usually then follow up with a second go at it, with water, or with a coffee enema.
