How often to perform enemas to support parasite cleanse?

I just started my first parasite cleanse today using the NOW tincture. I know that it's helpful to do enemas with the parasite cleanse to make sure you're passing the killed parasites but how often is recommended? Everyday? every couple of days?

Also, How long should I aim to do my first parasite cleanse for? Some sources say 2 weeks, others say one month.
