You can start with light yoga right after you start refeeding, it actually helps you with increased blood circulation, metabolism, moving lymph, continuing cleansing through sweat, and much more.

The gym routine can start after 10 days of refeeding.

We all know we need good carb reserves to do strenuous exercises.
