Thank you for the article. It adds up some more information.
The regions with high Boron (Turkey) is known not to have people with joint diseases :)
3-4 day closed in a glass bottle with plastic cap - smells faintly as some mineral - very-very faintly. I believe what water you make it from is important. Also the Borax I used was "native" - not treated to become food grade. I am expecting a food grade one, bought from European pharmacy, in 2 weeks and I will do the same experiment to see if there is
any difference.
The initial pH also has importance on the final pH - i.e. my distilled water is acidic 4.5-5 (which I attribute to the CO2 in it; never sure, though, unless chemical analysis is made at some point). It makes sense that the final result is a lower pH than your water - I remember you writing your water is of pH about 7, to begin with.
